Dr Catherine Ash - Clinical Director
GP Senior Partner at The Glebe Practice, Saxilby
Mb Chb MRCGP DRCOG DFFP (Leicester,1991)
Dr Ash joined The Glebe practice in August 1995. She is a GP Partner and the Clinical Director for the PCN: Trent Care Network. Dr Ash is also the safeguarding lead for The Glebe Practice. She offers a full range of general practice care and also supervises the training clinicians.
Grace Bowker PCN Business Manager
Grace has extensive experience working in healthcare and community-based health teams, supporting all aspects of business management and leadership. She has led teams in developing new services and specialises in change management. In December 2024, she took up the post of Primary Care Network (PCN) Manager for Trent Care Network and is looking forward to working with colleagues across the PCN to deliver effective and high-quality primary healthcare services for patients.
Maxine Stubley - PCN Care Coordinator
I’ve always loved working in roles where people are at the heart of everything we do, and knowing that the work we do each day is making a difference to someone’s life is what
motivates me. I’ve previously worked in the NHS as a Level 2 Pharmacy Assistant, and
most recently as a Veterinary Receptionist. In my role as Care Coordinator, I’ll be working across the PCN to support the ARRS workforce, the new Age Matters team, and to strengthen the PCN’s connections with wider community services. My aim is to help each
practice and their patients access the care and support they need.
